Set up a referral campaign to get customers bringing their friends in the door. This can be in the form of a percentage of sales or even free items.

Everyone likes recognition, so do something special for those that help you in your business. 

Ever had a VIP event?  It does not have to be costly, it is about showing your gratitude.  Not only does this open up your referrals on a local level, but it can also open up referrals on a global level.
